Requires Node.js 20+ (includes npx). If you see 'npx' is not recognized on Windows, install Node from nodejs.org, then open a new terminal.

Works in Windows PowerShell, macOS Terminal, and Linux shells. Do not paste comment lines into Command Prompt.

Local-first by design

Agent Check runs entirely on your machine. It reads known config locations in read-only mode, produces findings locally, and never requires a Blackhount account for a basic scan.
