Blackhount provides custom software development, penetration testing, and security assessment services. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work agreed upon before work begins.

All content on this website - including text, graphics, logos, and code - is the property of Blackhount unless otherwise noted. Custom software built for a client becomes the client's property upon full payment, as specified in the project agreement.
Payment terms are established in each project agreement. Work does not begin until an initial deposit is received. Blackhount reserves the right to pause or terminate work on accounts with outstanding balances.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of a project. Blackhount will not disclose client systems, findings, or business information to any third party without written consent.
For penetration testing engagements, the client explicitly authorizes Blackhount to conduct security testing on the agreed-upon systems. Testing is limited strictly to the agreed scope. Unauthorized testing beyond the defined scope is prohibited.
Blackhount's total liability for any claim arising out of services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Services are provided "as is." While we strive for excellence in every engagement, Blackhount does not guarantee that software will be error-free or that security testing will identify every vulnerability.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kootenai County, Idaho.
We may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
